Returning to Chico in 2005 Nov I had a four month waiting period before I could move into my current apartment
(600 Flume st #304) during this wait I first I lived at the Shelter (101 Silver Dollar way) where I noticed a BMA 55(?) year old heavy set (Michelin) man
(James) seemed to have taken an interest in me... Once I ran into him (a few days after
meeting him at the shelter) and bought him breakfast (JackInTheBox) when he hinted at arriving to Chico from Chicago... kind of
also hinted that he was a cook in the army, did not get honorable discharge and can't get real Veterans benefits
because of... So that was it in my mind, did not expect to run into James after
that, clearly I don't make friends with BMAs... So later I was invited (after-aplying) by
(VECTORS) managed by Steve
Longoria to move into a house on Cleveland street in Chico, and for a short time I did move
into the Cleveland street VA house managed by VECTORS, James followed me there from the shelter and wanted
to be my roomate which I declined and instead lived on the livingroom couch leting him have the entire "bunk bed" room,
(strange I thought - James said no veteran benefits and VECTORS requires DDF214, also it was a full house
and one veteran had to move out in order for James to move in)... Anyway, in
a few weeks VECTORS opened the new house on 125 Rio Lindo and I was invited (after-aplying) to move into it as the
last person who could have their own room, right after this James moved in as
well to this house and once again wanted to be my roomate and by now there were some (numerous) friends of James one of them more vocal than the
others (LINU) and had created opportunities for contention and I moved back to the original shelter where I lived just
fine before I got involved with living in places managed by VECTORS...
(more info) to my extreme surprise James and
a few of his friends moved out of the VECTORS managed house and moved back to the shelter following me a few days after I moved back
to the shelter from the VA house, then around this time and before moving into 600 Flume ST #304 James times his
shovering opportunities to coincide with my showering "window-of-opportunity" and with no one around he invites me to "toss-his-salad" saying
"Jo Bitch here I am, come toss my salad" standing naked in a sligtly bent knee position, I interpreted this as some sort of "prison related homosexual act"
and I put a towel on before going to Shelter's "Corba" manager and asked about it... politely saying "is there some sort of salad for James, he wants
me to toss it for him in the shower(??)..." more over I thought I left them James+(3-4)friends behind when
I moved back to the shelter, since clearly James and friends+(Linu) took different sides at every opportunity when contentions they created
irrupted at the Rio Lindo VA house (where there were at least four of them)... OK... So then around Feb 2006 while living at
the shelter I got the invitation (after-aplying) to move to 600 Flume St #304, and James follows me
there as well... when I asked him about it he first tells me he rented an apartment there then later I found out that he was
just living with someone already renting here, breaking registered guests rules limiting overnight visits...
(Undocumented Features Of Campbell Commons) then a long uneventful relative calm
ensues after which on 19-agu-2007 James at the Chico Plaza airs (verbal profanity discourse) a long list of verbal abuses and
complaints against me including writing a webpage about my experiences at Campbell Commons (covert radiation from spaces
above and bellow my apartment) and out of frustration he assaults me with his bicycle lock and chain that sends me to
the hospital... On this day I told (never-the-same-face-twice-Chico-Police) officer "Deel" that James has been systematicaly
stalking me, I am waiting for prosecution and will withhold details of the assault until proper time in order to ensure James
is prosecuted because once I disarmed him I did not retaliate against the now unarmed James with
his bicycle lock and chain, I did not hit James with his bicycle lock and chain... ((Like an idiot "I" put my trust into
the criminal justice system which is a joke and to all I advise NOT to make same the mistake I made with putting your trust into the Law Enforcement system...))
(2) Butte County Prosecutor Elisabeth Norton (530-538-7411) finally told me on first week of Nov-2007 that James
will not be held accountable for assault (PC245)...
(3) Butte County Prosecutor Elisabeth Norton (530-538-7411) also encouraged me to obtain a copy and read the Chico Police
report about this incident because it differs from what I stated in my statement... Obtaining in good faith a copy of the Chico Police
report case number "07-7013" was met with obtuse animocity on Chico Police part where after paying the $3 fee I was
given two pages of the incident report that contained my contact information, subsequently I still don't know what is in the Chico Police
report pertaining to the assault that prosecution says differs from my statement to Chico Police...
(4) The Enloe Hospital Emergency Room Medical Report in which it is not even mentioned that I received an
ice bag treatment to my head for over 50 minutes that I held right on top of my bruese to controll the swelling photo... This
report plays down my injuries, way down, when in fact I had swelling with brown and black bruising for seven days and the healthy
sign of healing the "itching" of the bruised area was strong at even 8-9 days later after which everything was normal again...
(5) I don't understand why it is lessening the seriousness of criminal act of assault with a deadly weapon aimed at ones head if
the victim (me) is able to "duck out of the way" and "disarm the attacker" then "prevent onself from retaliating" and report all this...
How is it that the assault with a deadly weapon against an unarmed person is less serious if the victim (me) is able to defend against it...
and on top of everything else assaulter knew I am california reserve peace officer
PC-832...
(6) My recommendation to everyone and if I had to the ability to do it over again I would blah blah blah...!
(7) James seemes to be one of three individuals that resemble each other very closely, something that is
exploitable in intelligence operations domesticaly or over seas... As late as 2010 May I saw James older fatter
look alike witting ear shot of where I was promoting chess on Saturdays... In fact, one of James look alikes
was seen by me parking a 4 door caprice classic and entering an "urban ware" clothing store next to
the Senator theatre in Chico (which-closed-just-as-abruptly-that-it-opened), another one of his very close look alikes (fatter one) was driving a very expensive looking
white large SUV in 2006/2007 (TAHOE/DENALI) (I-mention-this-to-Janel-aptMGNT), and another one of his extreme close look alikes (younger-muscle) was purposefuly wearing
exact same clothing and riding exact same bicikle at Chico Plaza following the assault on me by James and was only noticed to be different after I phoned
police that they can come collect James because he is here now (Plaza), then this very close look alike of James was
still seen by me wearing the same clothing and riding same bike purposefully in front of me years later as if testing me
to see if I would attempt to retaliate against James, the look alike riding the bike is much younger and in
better physical condition, the look alike driving expensive SUV apeared 7-9y older and much fatter...
((I guess when James said in 2005 he was here (with-others=(15-30persons)) to "do" Chico, he really meant it and was
not alone...))
(8) James also resembles a "inividual" I saw loose his mind at Taszar AB in Hungary 1997 in a mess hall kitchen...
(8.1) Also, as an impresionable youngster right out of high school I was exposed every day to circumstances where "individuals" that
were close "look-alikes" would for "whatever-reson" borrow or steal IDs and vehicles with DepDefenseForm stickers and attempt to enter military
installation at my post whom also often turned out to be suspended or unlicensed drivers with oustanding arrest warrants... got lots of experience dealing
with "individuals".
(9) Not only is it a joke to pursue justice in the criminal justice system but it is more closers to a double standard pack of loosers (for which I find
great relief and hapiness in NOT AT ALL being involved with modern criminal justice system and a greater relief in not having african and woman coworkers
or supervisors "incompetents/unreliables" would have to make me work harder and in less safer conditions for their inconpetence), double standard in hiring
practices (prepetual lowering of minimum qualifying standards so that africans and woman can be hired into the criminal justice system)
but also enforcement practices where those in the middle class have the laws enforced on them normaly while those
of lower statuses have prepetual warnings thrown in their direction, furthermore making the criminal justice system a joke is the
routine monitoring by clever international jews from overses locations (or here in USA) with big money and influence and illegal oversight on all
communications including eavesdroping on police home/business phones which makes it an enormously difficult process to pursue any
form a justice in the intricate system that is attempting to strike a ballance between political corectness of the moment and actual law enforcment...
(10) James was very upset over the reporting to Chico Police of an african man buying beer to
teenagers that occured the day before
5ft in front of my face near my chess board, James entire(65%) argument against me was that I took a photo of the incident and notified Chico police, out of this
irritation James build up for himself enough anger and hatred to verbaly and physicaly assault me...
(and again delaying justice by witholding on the spot retaliation against James in fawor of Police report has proved to be a mistake...)
(11) Recently James look alikes have seemed to take an interest in me to a point where this person took his time watchning "me" at Downtown Chico "Jack in the Box" that
allowed me to take several photos of him... another look alike of James sat for 40min one Saturday in June/May-2010 near Veteran Memorial near where I promoted chess at the Chico Plaza
before I stoped promoting it altogether...
